MoE September returns

For schools with year 9 and above only, see more  from our MoE Returns document library page for preparing your data for the September return in Student Manager. This is due to be sent using the School Data Upload in the Ministry's School Data Portal from 1 September. Audit class lists need to be marked by teachers from Friday 29 August and retained by your school.

Classic v14.4 Full release

Version 14.4 is on full release and is available from our  Downloads  page, with release notes in our  Document Library. This version will particularly appeal to schools with students in year levels 9 and above with the ability to import candidate results from other providers, and its NCEA updates. Changes made on documents occur immediately in the multi-option report.

Attendance Survey Data

Your Ministry attendance survey file for term 2 (5 May to 4 July 2014) is due during the week beginning Monday 4 August. This is prepared in Absences > Reporting > Summaries & Analysis > MoE Attendance Survey. The file needs to be sent using the Ministry's School Data Portal. For more, see the Data Services website.

1 July MoE Returns

Data checking should be under way for processing your July returns for the Ministry for all schools, and for years 1-8 only, preparation for printing rolls to be marked on 30 June - 2 July. See our  videos  for a reminder of what's required, and  MoE Returns tipsheet  in our document library.
